3 - Ply

Pack Universe manufactures 3-ply corrugated boards, also known as Single-Wall or Double Faced boards, consisting of three layers of paper with one fluted layer sandwiched between two facings.

We offer flute profiles of E, B, C, and A, with corresponding thicknesses of approximately 2mm for E flute, 3mm for B flute, 4mm for C flute, and 5mm for A flute.

5 - Ply

Pack Universe manufactures 5-ply corrugated boards, also known as Double-wall boards, composed of five layers of paper with two fluted layers alternating between three facings.

We offer flute profiles of EB, EC, EA, BC, BA, CA, and AA, with corresponding thicknesses of approximately 5mm for EB flute, 6mm for EC flute, 7mm for EA and BC flute, 8mm for BA flute, 9mm for CA flute, and 10mm for AA flute.

7 - Ply

Pack Universe manufactures 7-ply corrugated boards, also known as Triple-wall boards, consisting of seven layers of paper with three fluted layers alternating between four facings.

We offer flute profiles of BCA, ACA, and AAA, with corresponding thicknesses of approximately 12mm for BCA, 14mm for ACA, and 15mm for AAA.

C48 BOXES

C48 boxes are the standard packing solution for tobacco worldwide. They come in various qualities and are designed to maximize container space efficiency. These boxes can hold around 200kg of tobacco and are commonly stacked 5 to 6 high. Pack Universe manufactures all types of C48 boxes, serving Indian and international customers alike. We take pride in being India's top producer of C48 boxes for both domestic and export markets.

C96 BOXES

C96 boxes are like C48 boxes but half the height, accommodating around 100kg of produce due to their lighter weight. They're ideal for manual handling situations. Pack Universe manufactures both C48 and C96 boxes.

C48 CUT-RAG BOXES

Pack Universe manufactures C48 Outer/Inner boxes designed specifically for packing 100 to 120 kg of Cut-Rag. Despite having the same dimensions as regular C48 boxes, the bulky nature of Cut-Rag means only about 100kg to 120kg can fit. These boxes are engineered with slightly less strength to optimize cost and performance, as they require only half the stacking load of regular C48 boxes.

GAYLORD BULK BINS

Pack Universe specializes in manufacturing Gaylord Bulk Bins, Jumbo Baskets, and Octagonal Bins made with 8 corners. These boxes are ideal for packing large volumes of powders, granules, or loose materials that settle during transportation. They're typically constructed from 7-ply or High Strength 5-ply corrugated boards.

The octagonal shape offers several advantages:
(a) Better stiffness against bulging due to shorter face lengths.
(b) Higher box compression with 8 columns instead of 4.

Despite the more complicated manufacturing process compared to rectangular boxes, octagonal bins are popular in various applications such as pet bottle pre-forms, chemical powder, coffee powder, bulk drugs, adhesives, fruit bins, and loose packing of auto components and bearings.

Our unique selling proposition (USP) is producing Gaylord Boxes in a single piece, eliminating the need for multiple joints. We also offer a 1 cubic meter volume Gaylord box with top and bottom flaps combined in a single piece, reducing the hassle of maintaining separate lids and assembling them during use.

RBD COIL BASKET

Pack Universe specializes in manufacturing RBD (Rod Break Down) Coil Baskets, octagonal jumbo baskets with equal sides. These baskets are designed to coil 1.5MT to 2.5MT of small diameter drawn wires without tangling during storage and transportation. As a leading manufacturer in India for over a decade, we've mastered the production of these boxes and are approved vendors for machine suppliers. PAPER PALLETS

Pack Universe offers pallets of various sizes made from High-Strength Corrugated Boards, Paper-Core-Runners, or Corrugated-Dunnage-Runners, depending on design needs.

Top-deck and bottom-deck boards are designed in 7-ply or 5-ply to meet load and usage needs. Our pallets are eco-friendly, recyclable, and bio-degradable, as they are made entirely of paper.

SLIP SHEETS

Pack Universe produces Paper Slip Sheets in various sizes and shapes to meet customer needs.
